- You may return your item unaltered, undamaged in any way, in the same condition as received within 7-days. You can expect a refund of the item cost minus our ship cost within 24-hours of receipt of returned item(s).
- We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
- Please allow transit time for returns to reach its destination, Lithonia Georgia, 30058. It may take up to 5-10 business days for returns. Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processed within 24-hours via Paypal.
- If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your item number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
- WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AND ISSUE FULL REFUND.
- We ship via USPS for all orders.
- Please allow 1-7 business days for USPS delivery. There are no guarantees of 2-3 days delivery for regular mail.
- If you must have your item(s) within a certain time frame, within 2-3 days for example, please request via email that your item(s) are sent via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day delivery. Once the request is received, you will be sent a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping charges.
- During the holidays, it is best to pay the Priority Mail 2-3 Day deliver charge. Presently the charge is $6.95.
- Shipping confirmation - tracking numbers are not provided with regular mail. If you need to track your package, please consider USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day delivery. Or your may request First Class Parcel shipping - standard rate $2.76. You may make this request via email.
- Very important! Please make sure your shipping address is complete. If there is an apartment number, please make sure it is included. We are only responsible for shipping to an address provided by customer.
- If an item is returned due to a faulty address, customer will be contacted via email for correction. Your item will be reshipped, however, you must pay for reshipment of the item. A Paypal invoice will be sent to customer for additional ship cost.
- In the event of a faulty address supplied by customer,an attempt to reach customer via phone or email will be made. If no success, a refund will be made for the order.
- No tracking provided for orders processed via standard mailing.
