Shipping & Returns


Returns Policy

  • You may return your item unaltered, undamaged in any way, in the same condition as received within 7-days. You can expect a refund of the item cost minus our ship cost within 24-hours of receipt of returned item(s).
  • We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
  • Please allow transit time for returns to reach its destination, Lithonia Georgia, 30058. It may take up to 5-10 business days for returns. Once the returned item is received, the refund will be processe within 24-hours via Paypal.
  • If you need to return an item, please contact us via email with your item number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer.
  • If your order was charged a shipping and handling fee, this fee is not refunded on returns.
  • WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY ORDER AND ISSUE FULL REFUND.

 

Shipping

  • Presently, we ship to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. In the future we may expand our shipping zones.
  • Shipping fees are set for USA ($0.99), Canada ($3.50), and Mexico ($3.50 - subject to change.
  • We ship via USPS for all orders.
  • Please allow 1-7 business days for USPS delivery. There are no guarantees of 2-3 days delivery for regular mail.
  • If you must have your item(s) within a certain time frame, within 2-3 days for example, please request via email that your item(s) are sent via USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day delivery. Once the request is received, you will be sent a Paypal invoice for the additional shipping charges minus the fees paid at checkout. Otherwise, you may not receive your item within a specific time frame.
  • During the holidays, it is best to pay the Priority Mail 2-3 Day deliver charge. Presently the charge is $5.05, however postal rates will change come January 2016.
  • Shipping confirmation - tracking numbers are not provided with regular mail. If you need to track your package, please consider USPS Priority Mail 2-3 Day delivery. You may make this request via email.
  • Very important! Please make sure your shipping address is complete. If there is an apartment number, please make sure it is included. We are only responsible for shipping to an address provided by customer.
  • If an item is returned due to a faulty address, customer will be contacted via email for correction. Your item will be reshipped, however, you must pay for reshipment of the item. A Paypal invoice will be sent to customer for additional ship cost.
  • In the event of a faulty address supplied by customer, a refund will be issued, minus the ship cost to seller if customer does not respond withing 5-days to emails requesting correct mailing address. Again, a refund minus the  ship cost will be refunded after the 5-day attempt to reach the customer.
  • International orders can take up to 4 weeks or longer to be delivered.
  • No tracking provided for orders processed via standard mailing  to Canada or Mexico.
